ZlatanIbrahimovic has a contract with Manchester United which runs up until July of 2017 but his deal with the English club could be extended for 1 more year depending on how his debut season with Manchester United goes.
The latest Premier League match of Manchester United saw them drawing against Everton and this is the 2nd
successive draw that the team of Jose Mourinho has experienced as they previously sustained another tie with West Bromwich Albion.
This consistent drop of points is starting to affect United’s chances of snatching a direct qualification spot in the Premier League as they are slowly falling behind from Manchester City and Liverpool who are positioned in the 4th and 3rs spot respectively.
Manchester United also lost crucial points not too long ago back on March 4 after drawing with the relegation threatened club AFC Bournemouth.
These successive underwhelming results has also damaged the moral of some players in the squad of Jose Mourinho as ZlatanIbrahimovic has recently voiced his thoughts and details concerning his current situation in Old Trafford and if whether or not the Swedish attacker is interested in activating his option of extending his stay for 1 more year with the English club. It has been revealed that out-of-favour Manchester United winger Memphis Depay was advised to join Tottenham Hotspur instead by fellow Holland international, Eljero Elia prior to the big-money move.
Former United coach Louis van Gaal sanctioned the purchase of the Dutch player from PSV Eindhoven for £25m in 2015, but the player has struggled to make impact since his arrival at Old Trafford.
The 22-year old talented player, who has played for PSV all his pro football life, ignored the warnings of his compatriot in signing on for the Red Devils. On August 8 of 2016, Paul Pogba marked his name in the history-books of football as the Frenchman became the most expensive player in the sport after Manchester United offloaded €105 million in order to secure the services of the highly rated player who was 22 years old at the time of this signing.
This fee is astronomically high for any player and its fairly risky to splash out so much money for a performer who is so young but nonetheless, the Premier League club took the risk and so far it has not been a gamble that has paid off for Manchester United as Pogba has only scored 1 goal in 6 matches and 0 assists.
The impact that Paul Pogba was expected to make in Old Trafford has not been felt but the young superstar has recently talked about how this issue can be resolved and how he can play a more important and key role in Manchester United.
Paul Pogba was included in France’s 2018 World Cup Qualifying match against Netherland which was played on October 10 at the Amsterdam Arena and it was Pogba who secured the victory for France as he scored the only goal of the entire match.
This is the kind of impact that Pogba wants to have with Manchester United but since he is being mostly utilized as a holding midfielder and the Frenchman wants things to change as the 23 year old attacker said: Continue reading Paul Pogba wants arole change in Manchester United
Despite having splashed out €90 million in signing Paul Pogba from Juventus, it seems like the summer transfer window is far from over for Manchester United as Jose Mourinho is still interested in signing a few more players.
One of these players that Mourinho was setting his sights on was Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane but signing the highly rated French defender is not going to be a task that Manchester United is likely to pull through as Varane has already voiced his desire to continue performing for Real Madrid as he has no intentions of leaving the Santiago Bernabeu anytime soon
Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane said: ‘’I trust the club and I trust the coach. I talked with him a lot and he trusts me so it’s one of the reasons I stayed. I made the decision to stay, the right decision. I’ll continue to improve and I want this to be a good season for me and to be at my best’’
This statement confirms Varane’s intentions to stay with Real Madrid as he stated to have already talked with ZinedineZidane and it seems like the French manager does intend to use Varane on a consistent basis. Continue reading Manchester United’s summer target is not leaving Real Madrid

Verratti has been stunning for French Champions Paris St. Germian, helping them to multiple French Ligue 1 victories. He remain under contract until 2020 with the option of a further year with the club but the likely free transfer of former PSG forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic will mean his move would be unlikely. Though there are reports that Ibrahimovic is trying to convince the player to join him at Manchester United so they could storm the league but PSG would most likely not want its top two stars to leave at once.

German striker Lukas Podolski has spoken about his love for the English Premier League.
Even though the player spent only a couple of seasons in English football experiencing the top division, he has already seen enough of the game to suggest that he misses it quite often. Podolski is capable player of commenting on the quality found in the Premier League. As a top player himself, the German has been something of a journeyman. He has already played in the German, English, Italian, and Turkish leagues in European football.
This has given him enough experience of the style of football being adopted in these countries. After having experienced a number of leagues, Podolski dismissed suggestions that the Premier League was in decline. Premier League clubs have not been able to dominate the Champions League since the 2008 campaign. The title has been shared by the likes of the German and Spanish teams for quite a while. The last English team to win the Champions League was Chelsea in 2011-12 campaign, but they were largely second-best throughout the tournament. Podolski expects this element to change coming years, although the German himself will not experience Champions League football in the time being.
